GYMKA provides informational tools, strength estimates, and general training and nutrition guidance. This content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Strength training carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician or coach before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, and stop if you experience pain or discomfort. You use the Service and follow any guidance at your own risk.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, such as lift logs, routines, and messages. By posting content in community features, you grant GYMKA a limited license to display it within the Service so it can function as intended.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertising, including ads served by third-party partners such as Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how advertising cookies may be used.

8. Availability & Changes
